Dr. Jane Larson is a seasoned educational leader with over 30 years of experience spanning every level of public education—from pre-K to higher education. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Foundations from Indiana State University, where she was honored with the J. Fred Swalls Award for Excellence in Educational Leadership. 

Her extensive background includes roles as Assistant Superintendent, Chief Academic Officer, and Principal, where she has consistently driven significant improvements in student outcomes, school culture, and community partnerships.

Dr. Larson’s areas of expertise include educational leadership, school climate and culture, social-emotional learning, and strategic planning. She is a skilled grant writer and has secured millions in funding to support innovative educational programs. Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement, making her a sought-after mentor and advisor.

In addition to her administrative roles, Dr. Larson has served as an adjunct Educational Leadership professor, guiding future school leaders. 

Her professional accomplishments include improving graduation rates, enhancing academic performance, and developing successful programs for high-ability learners.
